The Villa
The villa is situated in the small ancient village of Amoreira, in an area called Vale Verde which means Green Valley. The house stands along side other villas of a similar style over looking farm land and backing on to a quiet well kept green with olive tree's and a well. It has swimming pool with waterfall cascade, Full size Table Tennis table and covered built-in BBQ.
The villa consists of the following.
Bedroom 1: 1st floor bedroom with kingsize double bed, en-suite and balcony to front.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor bedroom with two single beds and en-suite.
Bedroom 3: Ground floor bedroom with two single beds and french doors to front.
Kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with cooker/stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast bar.
Lounge/diner with two leather sofas, dining table, LCD TV with English channels, video/music/
Ipod centre and XBox.

on ground floor.
To the rear is a 7m swimming pool with water feature and BBQ.
